COVID-19 Update for Clients
Integrate Health Services continues to take the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. We
have dedicated our resources to take numerous precautionary measures to prioritize
the health and wellbeing of our clients and employees. We have adapted our service
model to offer ALL of our services virtually and are using trusted virtual platforms to do
so. Please click here for more information about our virtual services. We will also be
providing limited services in-person. Please see below for the guidelines for visiting the
clinic:
Guideline for visiting the clinic:
-
Only one parent/guardian per client is permitted to attend in-person
appointments. If other parents/guardians want to be involved in the
appointment they can do so by telephone or through a virtual platform. Clients
over the age of 18 are encouraged to attend appointments alone. Please do not
bring other children to the clinic.
-
Prior to your appointment you will receive a COVID-19 screening questionnaire
via email. If you are feeling unwell at all, have been in contact with anyone who
is unwell or is suspected of having COVID-19; please do not visit the clinic.
There will be no penalties for late cancellation due to illness.
-
It will be mandatory for all clients and visitors to wear their own mask when
attending appointments, and to sanitize their hands upon arrival before entering
the clinic. We may conduct temperature screening upon arrival.
-
We will be asking parents/guardians to wait outdoors or in their vehicles for the
duration of the appointment.
Below are the steps we are taking to make the health and safety a priority for clients
and our employees:
-
Cleaning and sanitization of the clinic has been escalated in the frequency and
intensity.
-
All employees are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment when
interacting with any clients and when in common areas of the clinic.
-
All visitors attending the clinic are being screened for illness or symptoms of
COVID-19.
-
All visitors are asked to reschedule their appointments if they are unwell.
-
Any employees who are unwell are required to stay home until they are
symptom free or medically cleared to return to work.
-
Limiting traffic throughout the clinic, and continuing to run virtual appointments
when appropriate.
-
Practicing social distancing.
